HLF School Receives Educational Supplies

Posted by Help Liberia Foundation on June 30, 2011

Our school in Liberia, Help Liberia Foundation Community School, has received some educational and instructional materials from the Ministry of Education of Liberia.

The materials, which were received a few weeks ago, include English books, maps, atlases, dictionaries and map-like pictorial presentations of various topics and issues: the environment, health and sanitation, family and relationship, animals, community life, time and day, agriculture, activities at school, plants, water and habitats and other topics.

The Principal, Mr. Samuel Nimely, receiving the donations on behalf of the school thanked the Ministry’s officials for assisting the school, indicating that the materials will be used for their intended purpose.

Meanwhile, the teachers and the kids in the school have already started using the materials, which is encouraging.
