A New Book about Liberia Coming Soon

Posted by Help Liberia Foundation on July 22, 2009

The Executive Director of Help Liberia Foundation, Mr. Paul Yeenie Harry, has written a new book.

The work is mainly about Liberia, but it incorporates some international topics and issues. Besides the texts, there are more than a dozen photos.

The book is titled Pinpointing the Points. It is a nine-chapter, 156-page book in which Mr. Harry not only identifies pertinent issues of the Liberian discourse, but also presents his thoughts, comments and analyses on them; whether it’s on free speech, the struggle of the Liberian people, the civil war, war crimes trial, post-war education, corruption, elections or Liberia’s future. He also suggests ways to deal with these issues in making Liberia better today than what it was yesterday, and making it better tomorrow than what it is today.

Pinpointing the Points will come out next month – August. It will be published in both paperback and hardback editions. The book will be printed by Blurb, a Californian-based company.

As you prepare yourself to get your copy when it comes out, you can, meanwhile, view the front cover below.
